Effective communication is essential in successful projects and community interaction. This two-day workshop enhances skills in speaking and listening in three ways: 1) Clarity of alignment and voice for public presentations 2) Understanding perception and the role of the nervous system in managing stress and enhancing dialogue; and 3) Accessing your authentic voice through movement and writing.
