LegalAspects of Intl Education
This course will use discussion and case study methodologies to examine legal concepts, principles and precedence guiding best practices in the development, administration and liability of higher education international programs. Students will learn core fundamentals of higher education law relevant to international education management. Students will become familiar with key constitutional and federal law guiding colleges and universities, statutory & regulatory compliance, tort liability and negligence, and emergence of industry best standards and practices.
