Cultures and Civilizations in the Modern History of the Mediterranean (15th to 21st Centuries)
In this course we will study the different facts and historical periods that, since the middle of the 15th-century, have happened in the basin of the Mediterranean, giving place to the birth, development, and consolidation of cultures and diverse civilizations in both shores of the Sea. The main goal of this course is to understand and to assimilate such historical processes and the nature of each of the cultures and civilizations in the rims of these waters. (1 unit)
