Language, Communication, and Culture
This course aims to provide students with the theoretical and practical knowledge of the Spanish language and its functional nature as a communication language in the current world. The course has been designed for students who are interested in reinforcing their use of the most complex aspects of Spanish, such as idiomatic registers, social levels, and the variations of the expansion in Spain and in America, its coexistence with other official languages in many countries, and the links to other languages within its linguistic environment, with a special emphasis on its relation to English.
