Swim for Beginners
For those who do not know how to swim, but want to be more comfortable in the water and learn the basic mechanics of swimming. Class sessions will focus on a progression that will take individuals from standing in the water, kicking on the wall, rhythmic breathing to prone and supine floats, elementary backstroke and, eventually, learning to do the crawl stroke with their face in the water.
