Teaching Hebrew in Informal Ed
Description: Formulation of the coordinator role concept within the camp while distinguishing between program building and team management. Developing awareness and ability to apply the theories, tools and skills acquired in the MA program in practice, to develop activities tailored to the learner and the learning environment. The program will also focus on the role of the coordinator as a mentor and help him or her to develop informal team management skills and tools to train others while building awareness to identify opportunities and challenges. In the program, the learners will discuss, experience and analyze different situations and aspects based on acquired knowledge.
