“Building a Continuity of Operations Plan: Managing Disasters, Disruptions and Emergencies for Businesses and Organizations” is a new course that will provide a hands-on opportunity to design and implement a business continuity plan for an existing company or organization. Continuity disruptions, such as major storms and flooding, earthquakes, fires, terrorism, power outages, security breaches, and disease pandemics, are having growing impact on today’s organizations. The career opportunities for people with credentials and experience in organization-wide planning for such problems is growing at an even faster rate. Course meeting times and location will be tailored to client, instructor, and student schedules.
