Sustainable Supply Chains
In this course, students can learn to analyze complete supply chains from a sustainability perspective in all its aspects; learn how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework applies to supply chains; understand the importance of key sustainability initiatives and their implications on supply chains for products and services; understand benefits of getting sustainable supply chains right and consequences of getting them wrong; recognize sustainability challenges in era of globalization and escalating environmental and regulatory factors; understand the importance of sustainability and leverage suppliers relationship; identify the integrated business benefits of sustainability, efficiency and resource management; learn about the emerging trends and best practices in sustainable supply chains that are shaping the global industry; take insight and learning back to the workplace to develop appropriate tools and strategies to enable sustainability in the supply chain of the future.
