New Italian Authors
Having been the cradle of Western and Arabic civilizations and cultures, the Mediterranean is the "fiefdom" of the monotheistic religions call. These religions have been influenced by the customs of polytheistic religions, but without forgetting the influences between each other.
This course aims to examine the relationship between these religions, pointing out the different contexts in which they are formed, their evolution and their points of convergence and divergence. In fact, contrary to the prejudices or stereotypes, some of these religions in the Mediterranean area, have not evolved within a "closed vase". Dogmatic interference between them and the socio-political context are the key factors for us to better understand the issue.
