Self-Paced Fitness
10/21 - 11/22/24 T / Th 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. in the Virtue Field House. Introduces self-paced fitness: a physical exercise program encompassing cardiovascular conditioning, core strengthening and mobility exercises. Individuals will work with instructor to develop a weekly plan.
