This course introduces students to the fundamentals and techniques of Line Dancing—a rhythmic, choreographed form of group dance that promotes coordination, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. All levels are welcome, from beginners to intermediate dancers. Instructor Andrea Warren brings over a decade of teaching experience, blending the traditional Country roots of Line Dancing with contemporary crowd-pleasers from today’s dance floors, including Pop, Rock, and more. The course emphasizes movement, rhythm, and dance etiquette while fostering community, self-expression, and stress relief through active participation and, most importantly, fun!
