Mindfulness Practices to Enhance Performance (Remote)
9/14 to 10/16 on T/Th at 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Held Via Zoom.
This is a remote class addressing meditation, yoga,
visualization, and gratitude and savoring practices
over zoom. The final week will involve creating your own
practice. This class will benefit every student, no matter
what performance they’re looking to enhance, or just
to enhance daily living.
