Strategic Enrollment Management and Planning

This course introduces Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) and Planning (SEP) concepts and practices that may apply to university, language school, education abroad program, and similar settings. The course covers the foundations of selection processes, legal issues, financial aid, and student services throughout the student lifecycle from selection and enrollment to graduation or program completion.
