Current Challenges in Nonproliferation and Nuclear Policy This seminar will engage students on the key nuclear security and nonproliferation issues of the current day. An emphasis will be placed on practical application of nonproliferation concepts and policy making. Students will need to remain constantly informed on breaking developments, but also have a strong foundation in the history and concepts affecting nonproliferation issues. Regional, function and technical issues will all be integrated. Multiple short and longer writing assignments will be required, and clear written expression will be a major component of final grades, as will class participation. Students must have completed Intro to WMD Nonproliferation as a pre-requisite.
