A Functional-Notional curriculum will be implemented, based on meaningful topics that will be introduced in a spiral fashion. In the course of the semester the students will be exposed to Russian grammar on an “as needed” basis. Vocabulary will be introduced, practiced and used in context. Content Based Instruction and Task Based Instruction will be the core methodological approach.
