Methodology Applied to Civilization: History, Political Science and Philosophy.
The purpose of this course is to explain the French methodology used for written and oral exercises such as synthesis, dissertation and text analysis (plus oral presentation). The course aims at providing practical tools for social sciences (history, political science, philosophy) and will be based on practical exercises performed by the students of the class under the supervision of the professor. The methodology will be very important for those who will study in Paris. The contents of the class (with a large range of texts and documents) will be focused on the French political history of the Republic, from the 19th century to the present.
