Mindfulness Practices

Wed. & Fri. from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (1/19 to 2/12/21). Using Practices from Positive Psychology to Enhance Performance. Held Via Zoom. This is a remote class exploring techniques from positive psychology related to gratitude, savoring, visualization, breathing, and more that have been evidenced to support individual well-being. The final week will involve creating your own practice. This class will benefit any student who wants to experiment with how they might integrate new daily habits that support well-being.
