They will explore the similarities and differences of a relationship that makes it one of the toughest to manage. Students will explore the key aspects that make up a bilateral agenda that can be considered one of the most challenging in international policy: An uneasy past, constant immigration pressures, drug trafficking, trade issues, environmental problems and new security challenges.
